Booking and cancellation conditions

Full Board Rates quoted are per stay, per room, full board, excluding All-Inclusive & Free Bar services, which can be added separately.

Check-In Check-in time is from 2 pm onwards. In the event of an early arrival, the reception staff will check the possibility of delivering the room as soon as possible and offer the available services.

Check-out Check-out time is by 10:00 am, unless otherwise stated. For a check-out after this time, the daily rate will apply.

Periods of less than 3 days For periods of less than 3 days, a surcharge of 30% on the daily rate applies.

CHILDREN STAY FREE 1 or 2 children stay free in a room with 2 adults.

MEALS NOT CONSUMED Meals not taken at the hotel cannot be deducted from the price of the board basis.

REDUCTIONS Reductions cannot be combined with other discounts or special conditions except where specifically indicated.

VALIDITY OF THE BOOKING Each reservation will be valid if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, to be sent within 7 days of receiving the confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival at the accommodation, the entire paid amount will be refunded in the form of a voucher, which can be used until the 30th September 2023.

EARLY DEPARTURE In the event of early departure, the guest is required to pay a penalty of 3 nights. In the case of non-refundable packages and rates, the full amount will be retained.

HOW CAN THE STAY BE PAID FOR? Directly at the hotel via cash, debit card and credit card. At the time of booking by postal order, bank transfer and credit card.
