COLOR HOLIDAY GUARANTEE
What happens if I can no longer go on vacation?
Following the booking, you will be asked for a 30% deposit to be sent within 7 days.
1. In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
2. In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival, you will be issued a voucher that can be used within 1 year from the its issue in all Color Holiday properties and can be transferred to third parties.
3. If we are notified of the cancellation in the last 6 days before arrival, the entire amount paid will be withheld.
4. In case of no-show (failure to show up) without prior notification, the amount paid will be withheld.
5. Guests in possession of the premium card: fully refundable deposit up to 7 days before arrival
What happens if I pay more than 30% or the full cost of the vacation in advance, but I can no longer come?
The 30% deposit paid will always be subject to the cancellation policies of the COLOR HOLIDAY GUARANTEE. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, it will either be refunded by bank transfer, converted into a voucher, or retained. The remaining amount will always be refunded by bank transfer, even if the cancellation occurs just a few days before arrival.
What happens if I need to change the dates of my reservation?
If you have already booked your Color Holiday vacation and your holiday plans change, there's no problem! The percentage discount we applied to you will remain the same, while the rate will be adapted to the new period chosen. The change of dates will be made prior to availability of the property.
What happens if I leave earlier than the official departure date?
a) In the case of a stay lasting between 1 and 3 nights, you will be required to pay for at least 3 nights at the non-discounted rates.
b) In the case of a stay lasting between 3 and 5 nights, you will only be required to pay for the nights you stayed at the non-discounted rates.
c) In case of serious illness or bereavement (upon presentation of a certificate), you will be asked to pay only for the nights you stayed, with any discounts or promotions applied at the time of booking will remain unchanged on the daily rate.
Please remember:
Check-in: you will be guaranteed a room starting from 2:00 p.m.. If you arrive earlier, you can already start using all the services, including lunch.
If you arrive after lunch, you can have lunch on the day of your departure with a packed lunch that you can ask for during the evening before your departure.
Check out: services end with breakfast. The room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
Please note: beach service ends the day before departure.

VALIDITY OF THE BOOKING
Each booking will be valid if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay to be sent within 5 days after receiving the confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the quote or promotions in progress.

HOURS
WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK IN?
Check-in time starts at 2.00 pm. If you arrive before that time you will already be able to register and start using all our services such as All Inclusive, parking, lunch and we will also check the room as soon as possible and let you know when it is ready.
WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK-OUT?
We kindly ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00 am. In order to avoid queues or delays, we advise Guests to pay their bill the night before or during their stay. It is possible to request late check out upon availability directly at the reception for an additional cost.
RESTAURANT
IS LUNCH INCLUDED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE?
Our services start with lunch on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. Any lunch not consumed upon arrival can be made up on the day of departure with a packed lunch.
ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND SPECIAL FOOD REQUIREMENTS
We cannot guarantee the non-contamination of the products as we do not have kitchens dedicated to managing serious intolerances or allergies (e.g. celiac disease), so in order to protect you we ask you to contact us so that we can find the best solution for both of us.
PAYMENTS
EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of early departure, the guest is required to pay a penalty of 3 nights. In case of non-refundable packages and rates, the full amount will be retained.
HOW CAN THE STAY BE PAID FOR?
Payment directly at the hotel via cash, ATM, cheque and credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
CHILDREN
WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR THE CHILDREN?
The real question is: what mustn't I bring? Travel light because in the hotel you will find high chairs, anti-fall rails, pushchairs, night lights, bathtubs, camping beds, bicycle seats, disposable bibs and plastic tableware, bottle warmers and toilet seat reducers.
REGULATIONS
CAN I TAKE MY PET ON HOLIDAY?
Your furry friends are welcome! We accept small and medium pets depending on the property (max 10kg in some and max 30kg in others), we will add a small surcharge to the vacation for sanitation of the room at the end of your stay. Pets are allowed in all common areas except the restaurant and pool.
